The Pretties
This was inspired by my need for balance and my love for trees … or at least thats the way it started off. I started off with the tree and the interesting effect of a tree reflecting itself, as if you were seeing the tree from far way reflected in a pond. The tree to me represents life and knowledge and a connection with nature. It also, for some reason, got me to thinking about mythical tree nymphs, which is where the dancing girl comes in. While she reflects herself, she is also divided … and yet … united by the circle surrounding her. She has wings because I like wings, and also because this is all really a dream.
Very psychedelic … even though that was not my initial intention. I didn’t have an initial intention … you didn’t really think I did, did you?
