ZanKoma Skulls and Guns

I’m feeling a little love today for a certain band out of L.A. called ZanKoma. They really know how to rock! They really have some great songs and great riffs going on. When I wanna rock I put on their three song demo and keep my fingers crossed for more. The above graphic is my salute to them.

They just played the first annual Sunset Strip Music Festival with the L.A. Guns, Vicious Licks and the Tattooed Millionaires. If your reading this and your tired of all the crap on the radio that tries to sell itself as rock I suggest you go to their My Space page, add them as friends, and if your lucky enough to be in L.A. go to a show.

Did I mention how tired I am of all the crap on the radio … I’m so fucking tired of 12 year olds singing in little high pitched falsettos about girls and love I could vomit. Please rock gods bring back the sleazy real rock from my childhood, the kind of rock that’s exciting and makes you feel like your watching some kind of porno movie. Cause if I hear one more little boy sing about how “bad” he is I’m gonna stab myself in the eye with a fork!!
